Get started
Moving around
Turn around your scene, slide the view, zoom in and out, and jump straight to a clean front, side or top view.
With the mouse or trackpad
The camera always looks at a point in the middle of your scene and moves around it, like walking around a sculpture.
| To | Do this |
|---|---|
| Turn around the scene | Drag the render |
| Slide the view sideways or up | Shift-drag, or drag with the right mouse button |
| Zoom in and out | Scroll, or pinch on a trackpad |
| Go back to the starting view | Press F |
On a phone or tablet, drag with one finger to turn and pinch with two to zoom.
While you move, Auddomate shows a quick, softer preview so the camera stays smooth. The moment you let go, it sharpens back up to full quality.
Jump to a view
For a clean, straight-on shot, open the Camera tab in the panel and pick a View: Front, ¾, Left, Right, Back or Top. Each one keeps your zoom and the point you're looking at, so it simply swings the camera to the new angle.
Underneath, Orbit turns the camera 45° left or right or tilts it 15° up or down, and its In and Out buttons step the zoom. These are handy when you want the same angle every time.

Look along an axis
The small X, Y and Z in the bottom-right corner of the render turn as you move, so you always know which way is up. X is red, Y is green and Z is blue, just like in Blender and Cinema 4D.
Click an axis to look straight along it. Clicking Y gives you a view from directly above. Click the same axis again, or its hollow end, to look from the other side. You can hide them with Show axes in the Interface menu, the sliders button at the top right.
Turn the model, tilt the frame
Below the render sits a slim bar with two sliders:
- Turn spins your model and its floor under the lights, from −180° to 180°. The camera and sky stay exactly where they are, so you can find the angle where the light rakes across your model best.
- Tilt rolls the whole picture up to 45° either way, for a dramatic, angled shot.
The small target button on the bar resets both. They're also in the Camera tab, which is where you'll find them on a phone.
Commands
Press ⌘K to open the command menu. Start typing what you want, like "top view", "zoom in" or "studio", and press ↵. Every camera view, orbit step and many settings are in there, which makes it the quickest way around once you know what you're after.
