Sharing a report
A read-only link a client can open without an account, that you can expire or withdraw.
#Creating a link
On any report, press Share. Say who the link is for — a client team, a board, a vendor — and how long it should stay open: seven, thirty or ninety days, or until you withdraw it. Create link gives you an address to copy into an email or a message.
#What the reader sees
The report exactly as it is when they open it — plan, marked-up areas, fleet, the model and its assumptions, telemetry where it exists — under a light header carrying your organisation's name and mark, a note that it is a shared, read-only report, and how many days it stays open. They can print or save it as a PDF. They see nothing else: no navigation, no other studies, no way in.
#Keeping track
The Share panel lists every link for the study: who it was for, who made it, when it expires, and how many times it has been opened. Revoke closes a link immediately; anyone opening it afterwards sees a short page saying the link is no longer open and to ask for a fresh one.
A link shows the live study, not a frozen copy. If you change the fleet after sending it, the client sees the new fleet the next time they open it. Withdraw the link before making changes you do not want seen, and send a new one after.
