Auddomate
Docs Enterprise

A self-hosted installation

Enterprise runs the same Auddomate on hosting you control. Here is what is different, and what is not.

An Enterprise installation is the release this site runs, on your server, with your database. Every feature is there in all nine languages. There is no public site on your domain: it opens on sign-in, and people join by invitation from an owner, not by signing themselves up.

#What is the same

Studies, plans, machines, fleets, simulation, telemetry, reports, export and import all work exactly as documented in the rest of these pages. Nothing is held back for the hosted version.

#What is different

Limits
None. Unlimited studies and people.
Updates
Under Organisation. Your installation keeps itself current from auddomate.com — see Updates.
Your mark
Under Settings → Organisation. Shown beside your name on every report — see Your mark.
The public demo
Off unless you asked for it when the installation was set up.
Billing
There is none in the app. Enterprise is an annual agreement with a licence key.

#If we install it for you

You receive a private link from us. On one screen you enter where you sign in to your hosting, a login — a temporary user you made for us is enough — and the domain Auddomate should live on. The details are encrypted the moment you send them, opened once by the engineer doing the installation, and deleted when it is done or after fourteen days, whichever comes first. Nothing goes by email, and the link stops working as soon as you send.

Where it runs, how it was installed and how it is configured are matters for the people who look after your server, and for us. They are not covered here.
