Everything you need to write about Auddomate.
Boilerplate, facts, marks, colours and type. Every sentence on this page is click-to-copy and every file is one link away. Nothing here needs permission, and nothing here needs a request form.
Three lengths. Click any of them.
Use these verbatim or cut them down — they are written to survive editing. The word counts are exact.
The numbers, checked.
Every line below is read from the same code that runs the product, so it cannot drift from what is true. Click a value to copy it.

The wordmark and the mark.
Two files do all the work. The wordmark wherever there is room; the mark wherever there is not. Vector first, PNG when you must.
One right way. Five wrong ones.
These are the real files, mistreated on purpose so you can recognise the mistake before it ships.
Never set the name in another typeface to stand in for the wordmark, and never pair the mark with a different word. In running text the name is — one word, capital A, never all capitals.
Green on sand. That is the brand.
Solid colours only; the brand does not use gradients. Two greens, one loud and one quiet. Amber and red are signals inside the product and should not appear in marketing. Click a swatch to copy its hex.
One serif for the headline.
Instrument Serif is the only typeface we ship. Everything else is set in whatever the reader's system already has — San Francisco, Segoe UI, Roboto — so the product feels native wherever it opens.
We do not ship a UI font. The reader's system already has one they can read all day, and it renders faster than anything we could send.
Every measurement, every hex value, every file name. Tabular figures so columns of numbers line up.
Instrument Serif is never used below 24 pixels and never for a paragraph. One italic word in a headline is the house move; two is one too many.
Screens you can print.
Real screens from the demo organisation, with fictional clients and sites, on a MacBook, in both themes. 2400 pixels wide. Use them as they are or crop to the lid — please do not re-frame them in a different device.

How Auddomate sounds.
If you quote us, this is what we would have said. If you describe us, these are the words we use and the ones we do not.
- A planning tool. A feasibility study. A number with its workings.
- “An upper bound” — never “a prediction” or “a guarantee”.
- Vendor-neutral. Machine classes, not brands.
- “Does not control machines.” Say it early.
- Nine languages, each a first language.
- “AI-powered.” There is no model guessing at your warehouse.
- “Digital twin.” It is a plan and a calculation, not a simulation of reality.
- “Warehouse control”, “fleet management”, “WMS”. It is none of these.
- “Guaranteed ROI”, “industry-leading”, “seamless”, “revolutionary”.
- Any manufacturer’s name as a partner or endorsement. We have none.
“The number is the product. Everything else is how we got there — and we show that too.”
Ask the people who built it.
Interviews, fact-checks, a mark in a format we have not listed, or a quote for a piece already in progress. There is no PR desk between you and an answer.
