The catalogue

Real makes and models, each figure read from the manufacturer's datasheet on a stated date, ready to drop into your library or straight onto a fleet.

#What it is

The starter library is a taxonomy: typical figures for a class. The Catalogue is the opposite — named models from named manufacturers, with the eight figures the model uses and, beside each row, the datasheet they were read from and the date. Linde, Toyota, Jungheinrich, Crown, MiR, OTTO, Locus, Seegrid, and growing with every release.

#Using it

  • Open Catalogue under Library. Search by make or model, or filter by class and vendor.
  • Add to library copies the model into your own library with its provenance kept. You can then edit any figure for the configuration you are quoting — the note on the profile says where the original came from.
  • From the Fleet page, Browse the catalogue opens it for that study: Add to fleet puts the model in your library and one unit on the fleet in one step.
  • A model already in your library shows In your library and links to it, so you never end up with two copies.

#What "read from the datasheet" means

Every figure was taken from a document the manufacturer published — a technical datasheet or the product page — on the date shown. Where a datasheet gives a range or depends on the mast, battery or configuration, the catalogue records the figure for the standard build and says so in the model's note. Where a figure is not published, it is left blank rather than guessed. The aisle figure follows the industry convention of a 1000 × 1200 pallet carried crossways with 200 mm of clearance, so models from different manufacturers compare like for like.

Machines added from the catalogue print their source on the report's fleet section, so the person reading it can check the number themselves.

Manufacturers revise datasheets. The date tells you how fresh the figure is. If you are quoting a specific configuration, verify against the current sheet — the source link takes you there.
